If your new device uses the same Apple or Google ID as your old device, please, follow the steps below:
1. Open the game on your new device.
2. Tap "Save progress" on the launch screen.
3. Tap "Log in."
You will be logged in to your account and your progress will be transferred.
To return to your unfinished room, tap "Villa" at the bottom left corner, scroll to the desired room, and tap "Download" and "Play."
❗If your new device uses a different Apple or Google ID than your old device, we can transfer your progress manually. Please, provide us with the following information:
- The Device ID of the game on your old device
- The Device ID of the game on your new device.
To copy your ID, please, follow the steps below:
1. Tap the settings icon ⚙️ at the top right corner.
2. Tap the 'copy' icon next to your Device ID.
You will receive a notification "the game ID has been copied to the clipboard".
3. Open the support chat or any text editor, long-press the text field, and select "Paste."
❗If you no longer have access to your old device, we still can find your old account and transfer your progress in case you made a purchase in the game before switching to a new device. Please, send us a screenshot of your payment receipt which includes the order number and the date sent by Google Playstore or by AppStore.
