If your new device uses the same Apple or Google ID as your old device, follow these steps:

1. Open the game on your new device.

2. Tap on "Save progress" on the launch screen.

3. Tap on "Log in."

You will be logged in to your account and your progress will be transferred. To return to your unfinished room, tap on "Villa" in the bottom left corner, scroll to the desired room, and tap on "Download" and "Play."

 

If your new device uses a different Apple or Google ID than your old device, we can transfer your progress manually. Please provide us with the following information:

- The Device ID of the game on your old device

- The Device ID of the game on your new device

 

To copy your ID, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the settings icon ⚙️ in the top right corner.

2. Tap on the 'copy' icon next to your Device ID. You will receive a notification that the game ID has been copied to the clipboard.

3. Open the support chat or any text editor, long-press the text field, and select "Paste."

 

If you no longer have access to your old device, we can still find your old account and transfer your progress if you made a purchase in the game before changing your device. Please send us a screenshot of your payment bill with the order number and date from your Google Play or App Store account. To attach a file to the chat, tap on the clip icon in the bottom right corner.
