Your coins and levels should be transferred automatically.

The purchased packs can be restored through the Puzzle Shop. 

Currently, your started, completed and created packs can't be synced.

Please note that purchases like Gold deal or All-inclusive can't be transferred to a device with a different OS, only to the same one.
