In order to restore the packs:

Please make sure you are logged in to the app under the correct Facebook account.

Unblocked free packs appear in your Collection.

All blocked free packs (rewards for even levels) are located in the Packs for Stars section. To find it click on the Search button (magnifying glass icon) and choose the Packs for Stars section.
