To change the subscription plan, you must first cancel your current subscription. Then, after it ends, you will be able to choose the subscription plan you like 🙌

Please open your Microsoft account and do the following:

• Go to Services & subscriptions. You might be asked to sign in.
• Find the subscription and select Payment & billing > Cancel. If you don't see your subscription, make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account for that subscription.
• Select Confirm cancellation. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
