❗Please ensure you are logged in to the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account you used for the purchase.

Also, check that you are logged in with Live ID in the app:

  • - open Magic Puzzles
  • - click on the settings wheel icon in the top right corner 
  • - choose the Login with Live ID option

Make sure you enter the data of the same Microsoft account you used for the purchase - it is important because the purchase is linked to the Microsoft account.
