I purchased a puzzle pack but didn't receive it. How do I restore my packs?

✅ If the pack you purchased is not in your collection, it can be downloaded from the Jigsaws Store, the My Packs category:

Go to the Jigsaws Store
Choose the My Packs category on the left side of the page
Find the pack on the list, click on it, and then click the Download/Restore button
