If you notice that the app has become slow and pieces are freezing, please follow the steps below 🙌

1. Reboot your device and reopen the app.
2. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
3. Make sure you have at least 1GB of free space on your device.
4. Make sure that you don't have too many apps running in the background while starting/playing Magic Puzzles.
5. Delete as many puzzle packs from your collection and completed puzzles from My Photos and Feed as possible. To delete a pack/puzzle, tap and hold it, then tap the trash bin button.

If the problem continues, please reinstall the app. Please ensure you are registered in the app to save your coins, level, and puzzle packs.

❗️ Started puzzles, puzzles created from photos, and puzzles downloaded from other players in the Feed can't be restored after app reinstallation. Progress in missions and the Daily bonus (the gift icon) will also be reset.
