I purchased a puzzle pack but didn't receive it. How do I restore my packs?

✅ If the pack you purchased is not on the My Collection page, it can be restored from the Library, the My Packs category:

Go to the Library
Scroll the page down until you see the All Categories block.
Choose the My Packs category
Find the pack on the list below the Restore purchases button
Tap the Download/Restore button
