If you made a purchase but didn't receive it, please contact us and provide a screenshot of the payment in question from the App Store. Here's how to find it:
 
1. Open App Store → tap your Apple ID profile picture → tap your Apple ID profile picture again → Purchase History;
2. Find the payment in question;
3. Tap 'Total billed' and take a screenshot (make sure the Order ID is visible).
 
Once we receive this info, we'll be able to check your purchase.
